Gnarly Tickets Refund Policy

Tickets are eligible for a full refund if:

• The refund is requested within 24 hours of purchase, and

• The request is made at least 24 hours before the event start time, and

• The ticket is unassigned or assigned to the requesting account.

Tickets are not eligible for refund if:

• They have been assigned to another user,

• They have been resold or transferred, or

• The refund window has expired.

For security purposes, some refunds may require identity verification.
